What the North Shore deals with
The North Shore is not built like the island. Most of it is detached houses and bungalows on wider lots, with garages, sheds and treed yards. That changes which pests show up and where they get in.
Carpenter ants
Mature trees near a house are the main reason carpenter ants are so common from Blainville through Saint-Jérôme. They nest in damp wood, a leaking deck ledger, a window frame or a fence post, and move indoors along branches that touch the roof. You usually see them swarm in May. Treatment starts at $399 indoors, or $229 for a single outdoor visit.
Field mice in autumn
Houses backing onto farmland or green space, common around Saint-Eustache, Deux-Montagnes and the edges of Terrebonne, get mice as soon as the fields are cut and the nights turn cold. They come in under garage doors and through gaps where the siding meets the foundation. Perimeter control is $299 and is worth more than repeat indoor treatments.
Wasps in late summer
Wasp calls peak in August on the North Shore, because there are more sheds, decks and soffits to build under than on the island. One nest is $189. If you have found more than one, the full-house treatment at $259 covers every nest we find.
Rats along the rivers
Properties near the Rivière des Mille Îles and the Rivière des Prairies see more rat activity than inland streets. If you are catching one rat rather than treating a population, that is $230.

Laval, Sainte-Thérèse, Boisbriand and Terrebonne are closest to us, so a morning call there often gets a slot the same day. Saint-Jérôme, Saint-Eustache and Deux-Montagnes are further out and may fall to the next morning. We will give you a real time when you call, not a maybe.

Do you charge extra to come off the island?
No. A Laval or Terrebonne call is the same price as a Montreal one.
My neighbour has the same problem. Should we book together?
For detached houses, no. Each property is treated on its own. For a semi-detached or a plex, yes, because the two units share walls and the pests move between them.
Are the products safe with kids and pets?
